Brendan is an Associate on Avison Young’s Capital Markets & Investment Sales team focusing on income producing commercial properties and development land across British Columbia. He has facilitated over $640 million of commercial real estate transactions since joining Avison Young. He advises his clients on acquisition, disposition, valuation, due diligence, and sales strategy for a wide range of commercial asset types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, development land, self storage, and hospitality.
Brendan joined Avison Young in July 2018 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for maintaining the investment comparables database, preparing semi-annual research reports, and performing valuations on a variety of asset classes.
Brendan earned a Bachelor of Commerce – Entrepreneurship Specialization from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. He then worked at a property developer in Vancouver and an Engineering firm in Germany prior to joining Avison Young.
