Elven joined Avison Young in May 2023 as a Valuation Consultant for the Valuation and Advisory Services division of the Vancouver office.  He is responsible for preparing appraisal reports for a wide range of real estate assets including retail, office, vacant land, and multi-family development properties within the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley area.

Elven graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Health Sciences before transitioning to Real Estate Valuation. Prior to joining Avison Young, Elven worked at a real estate appraisal firm as an Analyst and is currently enrolled in the Real Estate Division at the UBC Sauder School of Business, working towards achieving his AACI accreditation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
