Graeme Webster joined Avison Young in 2023 as a Principal as Head of Avison Young’s Ottawa Capital Markets Team. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, he is responsible for the origination and execution of major investment transactions and providing advisory services for his clients.

Boasting a career spanning over two decades of commercial real estate and advisory, Graeme has consistently lent his expertise to a diverse clientele that encompasses local investors, business proprietors, developers, pension funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), corporations, institutions, and family offices. Over the past decade, Graeme has successfully overseen transactions exceeding a cumulative value of $1 billion, frequently navigating the complexities of mid-market deals.

Before joining Avison Young, Graeme co-founded Koble Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage in 2015 and led commercial real estate investment sales which focused on retail, industrial and office transactions across Ontario. Prior to that Graeme spent time at District Realty as well as Colliers International working in investment sales.

In addition to his professional achievements, Graeme possesses a deep commitment to his local community, reflecting a profound dedication to philanthropy. He has diligently served on the Queensway Carleton Hospital Gift Giving Campaign, while also actively supporting the Royal Ottawa Hospital and the Interval House.

During his leisure time, Graeme finds joy in cherishing moments with his son Elliott and his high-school sweetheart Toni. You can find them skiing on the slopes or relaxing at their cottage. For Graeme, his family is his motivation and remains at the heart of his pursuits.
