Liam has more than fifteen years of experience managing projects with a variety of clients in the commercial, office and retail sectors. Liam's experience adds leadership and insight to a variety of office, retail and tenant improvement projects including the following:

• Specialty expertise in full cycle project management through planning, design, permits, tender, construction through to move in
• Experience managing owner and tenant projects to successful completion across Canada and the US, including 55,000 ft2 of tenant improvements for British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (bcIMC)
• Accreditation in project management (PMP), construction management (B.Tech) and economics (B.Econ) provide technical leadership, process control, and expertise to
