Mathew Sunderland joined Avison Young's development land and industrial division after spending the past 10 years with another leading national brokerage firm. During his career, Mathew has assisted his clients in all aspects of real estate, primarily in land sales, but also building sales, build-to-suit transactions, as well as tenant representation and lease transactions.
His valuable market knowledge and work ethic has allowed Mathew to successfully partner with a number of notable developers, owners and tenants.
