Paul Douglas is a Principal at the Avison Young Winnipeg office. Beginning his tenure with AY in early 2020, his drive and passion for commercial real estate propelled him from Associate to Senior Associate and now in a leadership role as Principal.
Prior to joining AY, Paul had developed, managed and owned several retail businesses in Winnipeg. Additionally, he has been an active investor and developer of real estate for over fifteen years.
Paul’s focus as Principal, is business development and human resources, while continuing his practice in retail leasing and sales, investment and land development.
