Samantha joined Avison Young in 2023 as an Assistant to Vancouver’s Retail Division working alongside Connor Eden, Daniel Lee, Mike Hodge, and Jason Shouten. She is responsible for maintaining the retail comparables database, preparation of marketing and listing materials, business development, and assisting the Retail Division. Prior to joining Avison Young, Samantha worked as a Development Coordinator, bringing experience in property development, project management, and property management to the team.
