Calgary's industrial market saw a dramatic change in vacancy over the last six months. With more absorption taking place YTD in 2021 (7.5 msf) than in the previous five years combined (6.2 msf) and the highest annual absorption in more than ten years, Calgary's industrial vacancy rate plunged to 3.9% and triggered several new speculative developments.
