Shane Garner has been involved in business ownership for over 17 years and is fortunate to have learned vital skills necessary to succeed in business through management, leadership, communication, negotiation, sales, financial literacy, project management and planning. Shane utilizes and leverages these skills to serve his clients in his commercial real estate career. 

Shane joined the Avison Young team as an Associate in 2020 and is a member of the Avison Young Emerging Leaders, a program designed for continuous professional and personal development. He specializes in Office and Retail lease renewals, relocations, and ownership opportunities for both the owner/occupier and investors.

Shane was born and raised in southern Alberta. He has a passion for helping further the interests of small businesses in local communities like Lethbridge and currently serves as a Director on the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce board.
