Anna started in the commercial real estate field in 1987. She has assumed the role of Lease Administrator with us since 2011.

Anna is responsible for validating rent records, municipal property tax statements, processing and reviewing landlord invoices to ensure compliance with the lease and preparing special reports for operational purposes (budget and lease financial commitment). Services include capturing corporate clients' real estate portfolio in the database and managing their locations for various clients across Canada. Anna is also involved in the implementation of the IFRS 16 component of the database for our clients.
