Guillaume Monast is a Senior Associate within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, he is responsible for advising institutions, REITs, asset managers, and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties in the Greater Montréal Area and across the province of Québec. 

Prior to joining Avison Young in March of 2023, Guillaume had joined JLL in 2019 as a financial analyst and underwrote over $1 billion in real estate investment transactions before transitioning into a sales role. 

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Guillaume was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Management Consulting, where he helped companies resolve and address strategic problems. During his tenure as a management consultant, he contributed to many multidisciplinary projects across a wide variety of industries, such as financial services, investment management, information technology, health sciences, and transportation.
