Holder of a Real Estate certificate from UQAM, Loïc Geoffrion first joined the Avison Young team as an assistant, which allowed him to get a foothold in the Real Estate area. Also, Loïc has a bachelor's degree in administration and has acquired essential skills in management, financial analysis, and business strategy.

He accepted new challenges within the firm's Montreal team by taking on the role of real estate broker, fuelled by his learnings and ambition. With the combination of skills in administration and real estate, Loïc takes on a wide range of missions.
