Maximillien Rahuba-Pigeon joined the Devencore team in 2021. Maximillien joined Avison Young in 2021 as Avison Young and Devencore united their Montreal operations.

As a Research analyst, Maximillien expands research capabilities through research analysis and data collection for all facets of the commercial real estate market, including multi residential, office, industrial and capital markets.

Maximillien aids in the production of market studies and broker opinion of value (BOV).
