Ryan Gertler is an Analyst within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, he is responsible for auditing clients’ due diligence material, performing financial underwriting in both Excel and Argus Enterprise Software, providing valuation support, and supporting the preparation of various marketing material.

Prior to joining Avison Young in March of 2023, Ryan had joined JLL in 2021 and has since underwritten over $500 million in investment transactions across the multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sectors. 

Ryan’s interest in real estate was honed at Boston Properties, where he gained exposure to commercial leasing, development, construction, and project management, as well as drafted the company’s sustainability and energy conservation and cost control plan.
