Oleksandr joined Avison Young in October 2023 as a Valuation Consultant in the Valuation and Advisory Services team. Based in Downtown Toronto, Oleksandr specializes in the valuation and appraisal of industrial, office, retail, multifamily, senior housing, and student housing.
 
Before his tenure at Avison Young, Oleksandr worked as an Equity Analyst at Gluskin Sheff, where he crafted equity valuation models for portfolios catering to high-net-worth individuals.
 
Prior to Avison Young, Oleksandr completed his Honours Business Administration degree with distinction from the Ivey Business School in 2022 and participated in the Ivey Real Estate and Ivey Finance Clubs during his academic tenure. Additionally, he served on the executive team of the HBAA student council.
 
Currently enrolled in the PGCV Program at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, Oleksandr is working towards obtaining his AACI designation. His commitment to professional development and dedication to delivering high-quality services underscores his role in navigating the dynamic landscape of commercial real estate.
