Tate joined Avison Young in May 2023 as the Market Intelligence Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division. He is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the investment comparable database for all asset classes in British Columbia and preparing semi-annual market research reports. Prior to joining Avison Young, Tate attended the University of Western Ontario where he earned his B.A. for Honours Specialization of Urban Development.
