January 23, 2019Southwestern Ontario (including the regions of Wellington, Waterloo and Brant) recorded significant new development and investment through 2018. The area, which boasts a diversified economy, strong labour market and availability of real estate product, is located west of the Great Toronto Area (GTA) and only 45 minutes from Pearson International Airport. The market has registered consistent population growth, up to a current 775,000, while numerous companies have expanded or relocated to the area. -
