Land in Wolbórz sold - Avison Young brokered the transaction
Logistics development land in Wolborz changed hands. SATOIA S.A. acquired from CPD S.A. 10 ha of land with warehouse development potential of ca. 43,000 sqm GLA.
Avison Young investment team, led by Marcin Purgal, had pleasure to broker the transaction and advise in the purchase.
