Maxwell D. Findlay has in excess of 30 years of real estate industry experience. He has also specialized in the analysis and valuation of a wide variety of development land holdings and commercial real estate. Mr. Findlay is approved for mortgage loan appraisal assignments by lenders including Tier 1 and 2 banks and mortgage companies. Mr. Findlay is a qualified expert witness for the Queen's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Land Compensation Board.
