Christal joined the Edmonton industrial team in 2020 as a Paralegal specializing in industrial real estate, where she has been instrumental in managing complex transactions including leasing and sale deals. Christal is an accomplished Paralegal with a history of 16 years of legal experience in corporate, tax and conveyancing law. Her vast experience in the legal industry has allowed her to effectively communicate with clients and competently manage complex closings, agreement preparation, and due diligence.
Christal is highly regarded for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. She is a team player, always willing to lend a helping hand and share her expertise with colleagues.
Christal enjoys challenging herself and helping others. She spends her time with her family, friends and volunteering. From 2013 – 2016 she volunteered as a Board of Director for Sport Central Association dedicated to assisting kids in need with sport equipment across Alberta. From 2016 to 2021, she dedicated her time to being a Big Sister to her Little Sister who she created a special friendship with as a mentor and helped provide a safe overall environment. Starting in 2023 to date, she volunteers her time with Youth Unlimited helping create a welcoming atmosphere where teens can find community, acceptance and belonging, free of judgement or fear of harm.
